• Product sizing guides are for reference only. If you are unsure of the correct size or fit, contact our team before purchasing.

05 Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of checkout.
• We accept payment via UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Pay Later options — all processed securely through Razorpay.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. In the event of a payment failure, the order will not be processed.
• Promotional discounts and coupon codes are applied at checkout and are subject to their individual terms and validity periods.

06 Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for the following reasons:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued after the order was placed.
• Pricing or promotional errors on the website.
• Suspected fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorised transactions.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable customer information.
• Inability to deliver to the provided address.

In the event we cancel your order, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customer Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy instead.

07 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered across India within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified at checkout.
• Blubud Store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

08 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products. All return and refund requests are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms a part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Used, worn, or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms or any purchase made through Blubud Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
